TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN
I am the Convenor of the Hindu Dharma Acharya Sabha (Council of Heads of Hindu Monasteries), the apex unifying body that, provides leadership, guidance and a collective voice for Hindus. It came into being in 2002 and has grown into a body representing virtually all the ancient traditions of Hindu Dharma. The 125 members that constitute the Senate are revered heads of monasteries that are several hundred years old and include the Shankaracharvas, chiefs of all maier Akharas and Peethas.
Each centre is autonomous, but the single vision of imparting the perennial Vedic wisdom, respect for humanity and the cultures of their host countries, along with a commitment to the upliftment of society, unite all. The centres are open to people of all ages, races, religions and genders.
I confirm that Arsha Vidya Australia is a member of the Arsha Vidya family. If offers all nationalities alike an opportunity to study the profound spiritual knowledge of the Upanishads,Bhagavad Gita, Brahmasutras and other classical Vedic texts in English. Through this study, Hindu families can reconnect with their heritage and other nationalities can gain access to the richness of the Vedic cultural traditions. The teachings are imparted in strictly traditional style, only through teachers trained in the Arsha Vidya institutions. The Arsha Vidya Australia Centre functions under the guidance of my direct disciple of many years Swamini Atmaprakasananda Saraswati. I constantly stay in touch with the teachers and trustees of the centres and make myself available to answer questions related to their development. Please feel free to contact me personally if you require more information. My blessings are for the flourishing of Arsha Vidya Australia.
